Ancientree was established in 1996 with a registered capital of 3.3 million USD, an area of 70000 Square meters, 700 employees, 150X40" HQ container monthly production capacity and 5,000 kitchen cabinets daily production capacity.

Ancientree pays attention to improving productivity by technological innovation, with heavy duty double-side planer, multilateral saw, automatic cutter machine, automatic drilling machine machine, automatic milling tenon,four-face planer, CNC slotting machine, high frequency assembly machine, high frequency assembly machine, wide belt sander, double-milling, electronic saw, automatic edge banding machine, automatic assembly line,three rows of drill, undercoat paint automatic sprayer, UV automatic painting machine, hanging line,automatic packing machine and other most advanced heavy-duty production equipment. All core equipment are imported from Germany and Japan. High degree automation, low defect rate and high utilization rate of raw materials greatly reduces production costs.

Closely working with Nanjing Forestry University, Ancientree has realized the integration of production, education and research.

The formaldehyde emissions of all products is up to international standards, and have got the US CARB certification, EPA certification, KCMA certification, and the Environmental Protection Agency's environmental assessment approval. Ancientree conducts glue adhesion resistance to temperature and water resistance (refer to Japanese laminated metal testing standard - NO. 112, 1996), paint adhesion, hot and cold cycle, yellowing resistance test (refer to national standard), hardware for salt fog inspection, plywood for boiling water stripping inspection, etc with its own laboratory.

  • Plywood Inspection Process



    Before bulk production, we will produce 50pcs door panels for test the structure and make sure high precision.
    Strict selection of wood from multiple angles: Passing formaldehyde test and moisture content in strict accordance with international standards.
    Accuracy measurement: the outer diameter of the door is controlled to a positive and negative tolerance of 10s; the positive and negative tolerances of the joint connection error are 10S; high-precision CNC machining equipment.

  • Machining Inspection



    1. Basic knowledge of conventional plates.
    1.1. The length and width of the plate is the international standard: 2440mm*1220mm;
    1.2. Conventional thicknesses are: 3mm, 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm, 18mm, 21mm, etc., all with a training number of 3;
    1.3. Types of veneer plywood: birch veneer, poplar veneer, ash veneer (tussah veneer);
    1.4. There are single-sided and double-sided veneers, which are referred to as single-sided or double-sided.
    Our plywood conforms to the national standard formaldehyde D5582 EO 0.5; MDF board, particle board, melamine board conforms to the national standard E1 1.5.

  • Paint Line Inspection



    The specific process: white blank inspection → clean workpiece → line drawing → base color → primer → polishing → clean workpiece → inspection workpiece → spray medium → top color → topcoat → finished product inspection → off-line type points.
